Lizzie Park

After completing her VN training and qualifying in 2006 from SRUC Barony College in Dumfries, Lizzy worked as a veterinary nurse in South Ayrshire. During this time, she also worked for an out of hours service, gaining valuable emergency and critical care experience. Lizzy joined us at MBM Vets Mauchline in 2007 and, in addition to her ‘hands-on’ nursing role, now manages the team here. Lizzy enjoys all aspects of her profession, but her favourite tasks include cytology lab work, assisting with surgical procedures, and improving the team wellbeing through a variety of social events!  

Lizzy is married with two children and seven pets (a dog, two cats, guinea pigs and hens).  When she isn’t looking after the family, her hobbies include cooking, travelling, swimming and yoga.
